CHANGE OF VENUE!
‘The Old People are Revolting’ will now be staged by the Murwillumbah Theatre Company at TWEED HEADS CIVIC CENTRE – not Murwillumbah Civic Centre which has become the official Flood Relief Centre for the area.
When the city council decides to end its rates and services rebate for the elderly, the pen-pushers in the Town Hall have no idea what anarchy they are about to unleash at the Sunshine Retirement Village, when the residents decide to seek revenge in a BIG way! Bursting with eccentric characters and crazy shenanigans this play will provide some light relief just when you need it!
